product / keep in touch · free for a limited time

never forget a birthday again. or a client.

Keep in Touch is heysteff's personal mode: connect the WhatsApp you already use, upload your contacts with their dates, and Steff drafts the birthday greeting, the "a year ago" photo memory or the message to reconnect. Nothing sends without your OK: you approve, edit or discard every message.

How it works

  1. Connect your WhatsApp Scan a QR code with your phone, just like WhatsApp Web. Messages go out from your number, with your name and your photo — not from some stranger's number.
  2. Upload your people and their dates Birthdays one by one, or in bulk with Excel/CSV or Google Sheets. Add memories ("this trip was on July 20", with a photo) and cadences ("message Pedro every 30 days if we haven't talked").
  3. Approve what Steff drafts On the day, Steff writes the message in your voice with the context of that relationship. It lands in an approval queue: approve as-is, edit, or discard.

Greetings that sound like you, not a bot

During onboarding you tell Steff who you are and how you write to your people: your tone, your warmth, your humor, what you'd never say. Every rule also carries its own context — "she's my aunt, be sweet", "formal client, keep it professional" — and Steff checks the recent conversation so it never greets into the void. If you talked recently, the message skips itself: nobody wants a "long time no see!" two days after the last chat.

Photo memories: "a year ago we were here"

Save a moment with its date and photo, and every anniversary Steff builds the message around it: "remember this? it's been a year" — photo attached. It's the kind of message that strengthens a relationship and that nobody remembers to send.

Also for your book of clients

If you sell, you know the business is in the follow-up. Set contact cadences and sales follow-ups with commercial context: Steff drafts the message that picks the conversation back up without sounding like spam, and you decide when it goes out. A realtor, an advisor or a salesperson with 200 clients on WhatsApp finally gets a personal CRM that actually gets used.

Frequently asked questions

Do messages send by themselves?

By default, no. Steff drafts the message and drops it in an approval queue: you review it, edit it if you want, and only then it sends. Auto-send exists, but it is opt-in per rule.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. You connect the WhatsApp you already use by scanning a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. Messages go out from your number, with your name and your photo.

How do I load birthdays?

One by one on each contact's profile, or in bulk by uploading an Excel/CSV or connecting a Google Sheet with a birthday column. heysteff detects the column and understands formats like 14/03, 14/03/1990 or "March 14".

Does it work for clients, not just friends and family?

Yes. Besides birthdays and memories you can set contact cadences ("message them every 30 days if we haven't talked") and sales follow-ups with commercial context. A salesperson nurturing their book of clients is the perfect use case.

Do the messages sound like a bot?

During onboarding you tell Steff who you are and how you write to your people, and every rule carries its own context ("he loves fishing, keep it casual"). Steff drafts in your voice and you always have the final word before sending.
