heysteff was born in Santiago, Chile, inside teams that had spent years answering customers on WhatsApp and Instagram by hand. Tired of copy-pasting, we decided to automate it properly.

Where we are

Santiago, Chile. We serve LATAM, US and EU. The team is 100% remote but meets at the downtown office every two weeks.

heysteff is a product of Andes USA Investment LLC — the same legal entity named in our terms of service and billing. The team operates from Santiago, Chile.
