What we compare on each page: the channels each tool covers out of the box, whether the engine is an AI agent that reasons over your real business data or a flow/rule builder, public pricing (ours and theirs — citing only what each company actually publishes), whether a real free plan exists, the setup cost, and how long a typical implementation takes. When the competitor wins at something — a more mature ecosystem, more years in the market, a sharper focus on one use case — we say so, in that tool's own "when [competitor] may be the better choice" section. We don't invent anyone's numbers: if a competitor doesn't publish a fixed price, we write "see their current pricing" instead of guessing.
