heysteff nace en Santiago de Chile, dentro de equipos que llevaban años atendiendo clientes por WhatsApp e Instagram a mano. Cansados de copiar y pegar, decidimos automatizarlo bien.

Las marcas pequeñas y medianas merecen una atención al cliente tan buena como la de las grandes — sin necesitar 20 personas en turno.
Lo que creemos
- Las herramientas se usan para conversar, no para spamear. Si suena a bot, lo perdimos.
- Los humanos no se reemplazan, se liberan. Que la IA se haga cargo de lo repetitivo y tu equipo de lo importante.
- El pricing no es una negociación. Lo publicamos, sin asteriscos, y nos atenemos.
- El cliente final manda. Si Steff no resuelve, escala rápido y se queda quieto.
Estamos en
Santiago de Chile. Trabajamos LATAM, US y EU. El equipo es 100% remoto pero nos juntamos cada quincena en la oficina del centro.
