1. Service
"heysteff" is operated by Andes USA Investment LLC, operating from Santiago, Chile. It provides an AI conversational agent and an inbox dashboard to handle customers across messaging channels.
2. Account and acceptable use
You're responsible for your account and the activity of any user you invite. You can't use the service for spam, impersonation of people or brands, or any purpose illegal in your jurisdiction or in Chile. If we detect abuse, we may suspend the account without notice.
3. Payments
Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD unless otherwise agreed. Overage is billed at cycle close. You can cancel anytime: the service stays active until the end of the paid cycle. No pro-rated refunds unless required by law.
4. Customer data
The data you ingest or process with the service remains yours. We process it to deliver the service and never use it to train global models. Full details at /security.
5. Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48h ahead. If availability falls below SLA (on plans that include one), we credit you pro-rata.
6. Intellectual property
Software, brand, and product content belong to Andes USA Investment LLC. You keep ownership of your brand, your prompts, your knowledge base, and your data.
7. Limitation of liability
We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or missed opportunities. Total liability won't exceed what the customer paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute is settled in the courts of Santiago, Chile, unless applicable law mandates another forum.
9. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll email you and post here at least 30 days ahead. If you disagree, you can cancel.
